My whole life I have been intrigued by differing perceptions. From 2013 I started systems work which tied together the threads of my life journey up until this point. I began first working with systems in organisations, then land, then family, then with health challenges. Same underlying approach: find the pattern beneath the surface story, then allow the conditions for the system to reorganise itself. My process and approach is unique to me based on my own personal and work experiences and trainings. 

My career started in advertising — creating stories for brands across multiple markets. Since then I've trained in yoga (the science of our mind, not bendy postures), indigenous traditions and constellation work. I've worked across very different systems — social change projects, mental health, education, prisons, schools, corporates, environmental movements and family. Different contexts, same patterns.

 

I have been a land guardian since 2017 of Quinta das Abelhas, a 10 hectare regeneration project in the mountains of central Portugal. I am slowly watching a once abandoned pine monoculture land return to a biodiverse mixed forest — it feels like my living art. Bird life is incredible, the stars with no light pollution just make me smile and I am in constant awe of the other species. I have trained in rewilding, permaculture, food forests and water management to learn about ecology. Yet the land became my real teacher - observing what nature does itself.

This led me to starting a series of conversations called Down at the Dolmen — a few minutes' walk from my land stands a dolmen, thousands of years old. Around the world mysterious sites exist, the pyramids the ones most talked of. I go to these places to ask questions with curious people.
