I work at the intersection of people, land, and business.
My approach is straightforward: cut through the noise, see what’s actually happening, and support better decisions.​ I am a Constellation Coach working with individuals and groups who want clarity during times of challenge or change.

 

My background spans both corporate and impact-driven sectors. I spent years in advertising and communications, working across property, technology, fashion, and engineering. I later moved into the social impact world, focusing on mental health, education, and prison systems, where I designed workshops and retreats using constellation work as a practical tool for systemic insight.

This mix of commercial experience and social systems work means I bring a balanced, realistic perspective to organisations and individuals. My focus is always the same: practical clarity, better alignment, and grounded next steps.

I also manage Quinta das Abelhas, a 10-hectare regeneration project in central Portugal. It’s a former pine monoculture now being restored into a diverse, resilient ecosystem. Alongside this I work with rural property portal, Pure Portugal, supporting business communication and storytelling.
